Dare to go from ‘inside to outside’.
For us, the people in our family are the most important thing we have. If her life were threatened, we would do anything to save her. We notice again and again that everyday interactions do not clearly reflect this. Unfriendly or annoyed words are spoken, stress and thus aggressive reactions increase and in the evening in bed, when peace has returned, our togetherness feels terrible. This is how the slowly but steadily circling process of coming into a peaceful togetherness as a family began and continues to do so.
Again and again we have experienced that our path leads exactly where there seems to be no path. By holding onto the supposed hopelessness and by exploring its limits and walls, we have learned that it is possible to start into the uncertain with openness and a creative spirit of discovery and thereby find new paths for ourselves.
There are many points in your family life that require change. Possible examples are:
In our consultation, we always consider your personal issues (e.g. I’m afraid of deregistering and don’t know if I can do it all.). We also offer advice on technical or legal processes (e.g. how do I deregister in Germany?, how do I avoid compulsory education? in Germany).
If you’re interested, we’ll share ways that have worked for us to be peaceful, relaxed, and enjoyable together as a family. If you like, we will accompany you to your family dreams and show you possible ways in which relaxation can reach you and your family.
We recommend a weekly or bi-weekly meeting. We decide before each session whether this meeting is for just one parent, both parents or parents and children. In addition to individual coaching, we offer three different packages:
